Lab PI and Associate Director, Montana Forest Conservation Experiment Station
Titles
- Lab PI and Associate Director, Montana Forest Conservation Experiment Station
Biography
The Ferrenberg lab has a focus on understanding how organisms respond to global change, particularly climate change and disturbances, and what these responses mean for ecosystem functioning. Their work focuses on forests, grasslands, and shrublands in the U.S. intermountain West & utilize a mix of experimental, observational, and quantitative approaches to characterize and forecast species-level and community-level responses to change.
